Free entries for WRE!

We decided to give free entries for Cerkno Cup (whole 3 days) to the IOF ranked runners (average of 600 points on the day of Cerkno Cup WRE on the IOF ranking). Free entries will be given to the first 10 entered men and and first 10 entered women (date of entry).
Free trainings on 15h and 16th of August

Free trainings on difficult karst terrains (Predgriže & Novi Svet) will be organized for Cerkno Cup participants on 15th and 16th of August 2012. Please fill in your interest for the training in entries web application so we will prepare enough maps.
There will be free start for trainings, our youth team will be present in the finish area of the training from 10:00 - 13:00.

After quite some problems we finally decided to use a whole new terrain (never used for orienteering before) for 2nd stage of Cerkno Cup. Difficult, fairly fast, very dynamic karst is waiting to be mapped and used for 2nd stage of Cerkno Cup (World Ranking and Slovenian national event).
Forrest is reported to be fast, without too many paths. More pictures here. Mapper will be Daniel Lebar.
IOF approved our late application for World Ranking Event, which will be the only one in Slovenia in 2 years time! Welcome.

Click on the invitation link in the menu. Also stage information/map samples have been updated. Please note, that stage in Idrija is not confirmed yet as we have some problems with land owners. We already have a substitute terrain, but as this Cerkno Cup will celebrate 20th anniversary of OK Azimut, we would like to bring some o-joy to the towns where our club lives.
